WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Delivery:
- For both Monthly and Annual plans, your first couture outfit is dispatched within 2 days after the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period ends.
- For Quarterly plans, your first box is dispatched once all three scheduled payments have been successfully collected.
- Immediate access to the Fashion Doll Foundations programme is granted as the welcome gift for new subscribers. Existing members have already received their welcome gift in the form offered at the time they joined.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cooling‑Off Period: All subscriptions include a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period from activation. During this time, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Annual Plan: After the cooling‑off period ends, annual subscriptions are locked for the year and cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may, however, cancel at any time to prevent renewal for the following year.
- Quarterly & Monthly Plans: These may be cancelled at any time, with no refunds for past months.
- Effect of Cancellation: Once cancelled, no further outfits will be sent. Your place in the club is released and may be taken by another collector, and it cannot be reclaimed. Access to the Fashion Doll Foundations programme is removed automatically when your membership ends. The same applies if we are unable to collect your payment and the subscription is cancelled automatically after the grace period.
Company Rights:
We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. In such cases, refunds are issued only for payments successfully collected and not yet fulfilled. This clause applies to cancellations initiated by the company, not to situations where a customer’s payment fails. If we are unable to collect your payment and the subscription is cancelled automatically after the grace period, no refunds or replacement benefits apply.
Non Transferable:
Subscriptions are personal to each collector and cannot be transferred or shared.
Communication:
Subscribers will be notified of each drop date and theme a few days in advance via email, before the products are shipped.
Renewal:
Your subscription is set to automatically renew. Depending on your chosen plan, billing will occur monthly or annually using your saved payment method.
