WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Delivery:
- For both Monthly and Annual plans, your first couture outfit will be dispatched within 2 days after the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period has ended.
- For Quarterly plans, the complimentary desk calendar will be dispatched within 2 days after the cooling‑off period, while the couture outfit itself will be dispatched only once all three scheduled payments have been successfully collected.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cooling‑Off Period: All subscriptions include a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period from activation. During this time, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Annual Plan: After the cooling‑off period ends, annual subscriptions are locked for the year and cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may, however, cancel at any time to prevent renewal for the following year.
- Quarterly & Monthly Plans: These may be cancelled at any time, with no refunds for past months.
- Effect of Cancellation: Once cancelled, no further outfits will be sent. Your place is considered gone and may be taken by another collector. It cannot be reclaimed.
Company Rights:
We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. In such cases, refunds will be issued for any payments not fulfilled, ensuring fairness and continuity in your collector journey.
Non Transferable:
Subscriptions are personal to each collector and cannot be transferred or shared.
Communication:
Subscribers will be notified of each drop date and theme a few days in advance via email, before the products are shipped.
Renewal:
Your subscription is set to automatically renew. Depending on your chosen plan, billing will occur monthly or annually using your saved payment method.
