How long will it take to get my order?

Processing times:

We ship our fashion designs usually within 3 business days depending on the size of the order. Sometimes it takes up to 10 days for bigger orders at busy times. 

As we are London based, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services for standard postage and courier services for express International deliveries.

Estimated delivery times:

UK Standard Tracked : 1-3 business days.

International Tracked & Signed: 5-10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

What are the payment options?

We accept payment by:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Visa Electron, Maestro, ChinaUnionPay.

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay 

  • Google Pay

Where can I find doll reference information?

What is your return policy?

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 5 days of delivery in its original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customized items as well as dolls and advent calendars are non-refundable. Those products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note that for legal and insurance purposes, we will not lower the actual value of your order on customs forms and make false custom declarations.

Due to Brexit regulations, we are required to provide a customs declaration on the package when shipping to the EU. However, given our fashion designs are made in the UK, they might be exempt of customs duties in the EU. We will attach the invoice clearly stating the origin of goods to the package to facilitate the delivery.
